This pamplet has good info, and is a very broad overview of ADHD.Unfortunately, the formatting for Kindle is incredibly frustrating to try to read. It just doesn't flow - maybe a PDF version in Kindle would be more appropriate.
Also, this seems geared to parents with kids who've been diagnosed with ADHD.....not much info about adults with ADHD.
I am a working adult, and I was only recently diagnosed with ADHD. My doctor recommended some books by Dr. Barkley, and I think that his info is more clear - and presented in user-friendly way.
I rhink that Dr. Barkley's book, Taking Charge of Adult ADHD, is more useful than this pamphlet - and he writes with more positive overtones about ADHD, rather than negativity or cynism, compared to many other books that I've read & purchased.
